
What this build is about?
- Strange build but shows promise against pretty much most meta (except evasion / hard countered by Debuff resist meta)
- PSA: You don’t need legendary mods to make this work!
- SVM = he who shoots first gets a chance to stack a disable + DOT! (Who cares about shields and armor?!)
- The rest just leave it to the stacking of more DOTS by Rad Blaster and watch EMP disable your Enemy Fly so much it is thinking of crawling to the Nectar bar for a drink already!
- On defense mod, many combos (Tempest didn’t have enough mods to re-roll) – but suggest armor in this case as an alternative depending on meta.
